A complementary consultation is required before securing booking for any service.
Clients must complete the contact form and service form prior to scheduling.
Virtual consultations are conducted via Zoom, and a link will be provided automatically.

A 35% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time.
The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of service.
No proofs, galleries, or final deliverables will be released until full payment has been received.
Accepted payment methods: Square (Tap to Pay), Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, and cash.

Requests to cancel or reschedule must be made at least one week before the scheduled session to apply the retainer toward a new date.
Rescheduled sessions must occur within available booking dates according to the sites.
Cancellations made within one week of the session will result in forfeiture of the retainer.
No-shows will forfeit all payments made.
Sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions at no additional cost.
In the event of unforeseen emergencies, liability is limited to the total amount paid.

Clients are expected to arrive on time and ready to begin.
A $25 late fee will apply if arrival exceeds 30 minutes past the scheduled start time.
If arrival exceeds 45 minutes, the session will be canceled and the retainer forfeited.
Session time will not be extended due to client lateness.
If Koba Collective experiences a delay, the full booked session time will be honored.

Final images are delivered through a private PixieSet online gallery, accessible for thirty (30) days via client’s provided email. Koba Collective is not responsible for file storage beyond that period.
Estimated turnaround timelines are provided during booking.
Standard turnaround times:
- Photography: 5–14 business days
- Video: 1–3 weeks depending on scope and complexity
Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.
Revisions are included, and vary per service. Additional revisions may incur a fee.
Raw footage and unedited images are not included but may be purchased separately for a $125 flat price.

Koba Collective retains full copyright ownership of all content created.
Clients receive a non-transferable license for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Commercial use, advertising, or resale requires written permission and may involve additional licensing fees.
Credit to @kobacollective is required when sharing content publicly.
Watermarks or branding elements may not be removed or altered. Watermarked proof images are for selection purposes only and may not be shared, posted, distributed, or used publicly under any circumstances.
Final edited images and videos may not be altered, filtered, retouched, or otherwise modified without prior written consent from Koba Collective.
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, file corruption, or circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to the total amount paid.
Liability will not exceed the contracted service price.

Clients are responsible for arriving prepared, including wardrobe, props, and securing any necessary permits or location permissions.
All guests must behave respectfully and professionally.
Koba Collective reserves the right to terminate a session without refund in cases of unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior.
The client assumes full responsibility for the use of all delivered content and agrees to release, defend, and hold harmless Koba Collective from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use, misuse, or distribution of the content after delivery.
